Reflect And Ascend
Namaste,
In our teachings from ALL THAT IS, the act of observing one's self is the highest form of meditation. Getting to that place where you can observe yourself can begin in meditation from 5 to 15 minutes or as long as you desire. Some people like to meditate in a sitting position and for others it can be simply going to a quiet place where you can be alone. There are no rules, eventually you can and will observe yourself, every moment of every day without effort.
Is observation enough to bring about the kind of spiritual evolution the soul was seeking to remember on this earth plane? I believe there must also be some form of reflection; an evaluation of yourself, your reactions, your responses, your thoughts, and your future creations so you can make better choices.
Reflecting on one's self can be a valuable tool for ascension in our lives. Observing and reflecting helps us to become aware of what we are thinking, what we are feeling and what our soul needs. Often in this busy world the subtle messages or signals from Spirit are lost. ALL THAT IS also suggests making Tarka an act to be practiced every day. Through observing, reflecting and then choosing again you are consciously creating your reality and ascending to higher levels of consciousness.
We can be fully conscious Spirit Beings, living peacefully and harmoniously on this earth plane creating a better world to bring our children into. May we all remember the truth of who we are and live as one.
