Namaste To All,

The concepts of love and truth have been glossed over in our society. The words love and truth are used often in my teachings and although it may appear the meaning is obvious and easy to understand, I beg to differ. It is necessary to clarify the deeper spiritual meaning of the words and why it plays such an important role in our lives as souls evolving towards oneness with All That Is, as well as being the platform of the Ascension Program I facilitate. Both love and truth go and hand in hand and are essential virtues to perfect because they are the foundation from which your spiritual growth can stem from. Without truth to guide us on our path we can become lost and forgetful.

Communication from ALL THAT IS

Every action that a Spirit Being has ever taken while on the Earth plane is stored in the tissues and cells of the body. Positive, loving actions are stored as blissful memories. Unloving, negative actions are stored as unresolved memories that will keep coming to the surface as thoughts or dreams or nightmares when not observed through our everyday interconnectedness with other aspects of our selves. 

I just love the way I am guided and I realize that I am guided in everything I do. How do you ensure that you are clear enough to hear and be led by your Higher Self? There are some special things I do to keep my energy high and my vibration healthy. On a physical level I have a variety of cleanses that really help to detox the body, help to remove gallstones, impurities and excess waste. I have worked with several people who have experienced miracles just be cleansing the body. Right now I am extensively studying herbs and how to use them for physical healing.

I was looking through some old journals recently, reading some of my old etchings, and found this note I made about criticism: ‘I feel so sad about the hold criticism has on me! … As satsang started my body was taken over by ALL THAT IS and movement and speech was impossible. I could hear but could not answer. I could not form the words to respond. The hand was no longer able to play the singing bowl. I could hear the prayers but was also being aware that if ATI has such power over this body, then the same power exists in every other body.'
