Reflect And Ascend
Namaste,
In our teachings from ALL THAT IS, the act of observing one's self is the highest form of meditation. Getting to that place where you can observe yourself can begin in meditation from 5 to 15 minutes or as long as you desire. Some people like to meditate in a sitting position and for others it can be simply going to a quiet place where you can be alone. There are no rules, eventually you can and will observe yourself, every moment of every day without effort.
Living Without Regret
Why and what do people regret? Do we regret not spending enough time with our children? Do we regret not giving that extra effort in the marriage? Do we regret not taking a stand for something we believe in? Or, is it that we are wishing for a different outcome than the one we are experiencing now? If that is the case and we are merely wanting what is to no longer be the way it is, we may be forgetting that we are the Divine Beings who created it in the first place.
Knowing Peace
Knowing peace in such difficult times seems akin to trying to keep a rubber raft afloat on turbulent waters. As hard as we try, the constant stream of waves can leave us feeling hopeless and too exhausted to maintain balance and clarity. This is how we lose sight of the horizon that we are headed towards.
There is one vital component that when present will grant you great success, or, if absent will thwart your every effort preventing you from directing your raft ashore. Fortunately, that component is not only something that can be found within, it is the very nature of your soul this earthly journey was meant to reveal.
The Direction Of Your Life

The direction your life is taking is a reflection of your deepest desires. When we question ourselves as to why certain events are taking place or particular types of patterns continue to occur in our lives we are asking ourselves what did we want just a moment ago.
